The data includes all Untappd check-ins of lambic breweries (excluding the less “proper” ones like Lindemans) and other European breweries clearly focused on wild and spontaneous beers (the brewery list is the same as in “Czkn Browarów Wild (Europa)”). Only check-ins from non-hidden user accounts made in 2025 are included.
Only venues with at least 3 check-ins matching the criteria above are shown. Altogether, this means over 10,000 venues across 73 countries, covering more than 387,000 check-ins. The location of Untappd at Home was, of course, chosen so it doesn’t cover anything – it’s not like people are actually drinking that many lambics in the middle of the Atlantic 😉
It’s best viewed on a larger screen, especially since the pop-ups contain quite a bit of detail (for example, a breakdown of the number of check-ins per brewery – only top10 breweries).
