One more thing: the numbers shown are slightly skewed, because all days (or rather 24-hour periods) are counted using Greenwich time. As a result, places in the Americas, Australia, or East Asia may clearly lose or gain in some rankings… although at the same time, European wild beers are consumed there in smaller amounts, so that it’s probably not worth worrying about.
